Miley Cyrus is confirmed for Rock in Rio Brazil in September 2011. It will be in the neighborhood of Jacarepagua or in Rio Center. Miley Will be putting on a much more raunchier peformances than her last Rock In Rio as she will be soon to be 19 in 2 months and will be putting an ever more edgier style into her music.
